本站站长，1991年毕业于武汉，一直从事水利水电及能源领域的翻译工作，先后在隔河岩、水布垭、长江三峡等大型水电工程从事翻译，同时先后到武汉大学、武汉水利电力大学以及人民大学学习英语、电力系统自动化以及管理等专业，并多次到美国、欧洲等国接受培训和工作。

Roy Liu, Administrator of this website, graduated from Wuhan Electric College in 1991, has been engaged in the translation and interpreting in water resources and hydropower, energy sector and has successfully participated in large-scaled hydro projects such as Geheyan, Shuibuya and Three Gorges Projects. He has also successfully taken into training courses and worked for computer control system (SCADA) in Alstom, France & Compaq, USA in 1997 & 2001 respectively.
